How long does shipping take for complete BMX bikes?
Most complete bikes are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship BMX parts and bikes worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy for parts that don't fit?
We offer a 90-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If a part doesn't fit your build, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We provide a basic tool kit and assembly guide with every bike purchase.
Can I build a custom BMX bike through your site?
Absolutely. You can use our Custom Bike Builder tool to select every component from the frame to the grips, and our professional mechanics will build and tune it for you before shipping.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear from riding.
